Embarking on your college experience can be one of the most rewarding yet stressful experiences to take on. It is a time that fosters an increase in knowledge and the higher ability to serve as an agent of change with the tools and resources provided to students. Unfortunately, going through college can prove to be more stressful given the lack of preparedness of students going into the experience.
